- Ensure correctness and completeness of import documents received from import
- Check and ensure that special permit is secured prior filling at BOC for controlled and regulated imports
- Lodge import permit and TSAD entries for PEZA-Air Transshipment using VASP (CDEC E-trade Ekonek and intercommerence)
- Classify importable items with correct HS Code
- Monitors approval pf controlled PEZA Eip
- Check and advise inclusion of items in cosignee's LOI for items that are not yet uploaded
- Monitors and Provide update for PEZA air shipments
- Performs any other duties as maybe required from time to time
- Must be a graduate of BS Customs Administration
- with experience in the same field is an Advantage
- Willing to be trained
- Willing to render overtime, and report for work during Holidays and Sundays
