1. Candidate Document Verification & Processing

• Authenticity Screening: Checking the validity of candidates' primary documents (Passports, NBI Clearances, PSA Birth/Marriage Certificates, Diplomas, and Employment Certificates).
• Medical Coordination: Endorsing selected workers to DMW-accredited clinics for their Pre-Employment Medical Examination (PEME) and monitoring their "Fit to Work" status.
• Deficiency Tracking: Communicating directly with applicants to secure missing or expired paperwork before submission deadlines.

2. Government Liaison & Compliance

• DMW/POEA Processing: Uploading contracts and worker profiles into government databases to secure the Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC).
• Visa Application: Preparing and formatting specific visa application packets, booking biometric appointments, and coordinates with foreign embassies for visa stamping.
• Pre-Deployment Training: Arranging schedules for mandatory worker briefings, such as the Pre-Departure Orientation Seminar (PDOS).

3. Data Management & Logistics

• Deployment Tracking: Maintaining real-time tracking of candidates from the "Selected" phase up to their actual flight deployment date.
• Database Management: Organizing highly sensitive personal data both physically and digitally while adhering to data privacy standards.
• Flight Coordination: Compiling final deployment folders, verifying airline tickets, and ensuring the worker has all physical documents needed for immigration counters.

4. Principal & Foreign Employer Relations

• Status Reporting: Sending regular updates to foreign employers or partner agencies regarding the processing stage of their requested hires.
• Arrival Notification: Coordinating flight details with the foreign principal to ensure the worker is successfully received at the airport of the host country.
