JOB PURPOSE

Preparation of documents and clearances required for customs processing intended for Outports shipments. Classification of commodities to its corresponding tariff heading , computation of duties and taxes , Lodgment of customs entry/IP.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Monitoring of Arrival, coordinating with airlines/shipping lines on the BL nature code instruction.
• Monitoring/Checking/Requesting of Shipping Charges and Coordination of Shipping Payment /CRO Processing
• Classifications/Computation of duties and taxes, Lodgment of shipment’s customs entry/IP.
• Endorsement of docs for customs processing to assigned processor, Checking of shipment’s Status & Payment Debiting with VASP.
• Monitoring storage/demurrage validity and on time updating (if needed)
• Coordinate with assigned processor on the gate pass processing/Endorsement to assigned trucker.
• Computing duties and taxes Endorsement of Job files to Sales for billing (upon completion of delivery & Checklist)
• To perform other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time

• Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints from customers, suppliers, regulatory agencies, and overseas agent; Knowledge of customs forms with ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents; Proficiency in world geography, import documentation, and Incoterms.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• Preferably graduate of BS in Customs Administration

Experience :

• With working experience is an advantage

License:

• License Custom Broker is a plus
