Department : Corporate Banking 

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Documentation Analyst, Paralegal, or in a similar legal documentation role.
• Paralegal certification/training and/or Bar admission is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct timely and thorough reviews of agreements and legal documentation with client counterparties, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and assessing operational, commercial, and credit-related considerations.
• Coordinate and collaborate with relevant internal departments on matters requiring legal, regulatory, operational, or credit-related consultation and guidance.
