Job description
Responsible for organizing, filing, and maintaining physical and digital records for easy retrieval and secure storage.
Tasks include receiving, labeling, and indexing documents, ensuring proper classification and filing, assisting with document retrieval requests, and maintaining an inventory of archived materials. The role also includes supporting document scanning, monitoring document movement logs, and ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data management policies.
Job summary
