Documentation Staff

Job Description:

The Documentation Staff is responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining company and project-related documents. This role ensures that all records are accurate, complete, and properly filed, supporting smooth coordination across teams—especially for telecom construction projects.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare, organize, and maintain both physical and electronic documents
• Ensure all project documents are complete, accurate, and up to date
• Monitor and track document submissions, approvals, and revisions
• Coordinate with project teams to collect and verify required documents
• Maintain proper filing systems for easy retrieval of records
• Assist in report preparation and documentation for project requirements
• Ensure compliance with company standards and documentation procedures
• Perform other administrative and clerical tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any related course
• Experience in the Telecom Construction Industry is an advantage
• Willing to be assigned in Brgy. Sala, Tanauan, Batangas
