- Handle daily office and site administrative tasks
- Maintain and organize files and documents
- Assist in preparing reports and records
- Coordinate with site engineers and workers
- Monitor attendance and site records
- Manage office supplies and materials
- Ensure proper document control and filing system
- Support communication between site and head office
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
- Preferably a resident of Mariano Marcos, Ilocos.
