The Civil Engineer will be responsible for managing and controlling all project documents, including but not limited to drawings, specifications, correspondence, and reports. The document controller must ensure that all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and properly stored and archived.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process and control all project document types on a day-to-day basis in an accurate and timely manner.

• Organize and maintain all project documents, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and correspondence.

• Ensure that quality documentation, such as documents, drawings, and incoming and outgoing registers, is maintained.

• File documents in physical and digital records and ensure appropriate storage.

• Review documents, check if they comply with regulations, create revisions, and archive outdated versions

• Ensure that all documents comply with industry standards and regulations

• Distribute documents to the relevant people, departments, or organizations, and let them know when they need to take action on a document as part of a process


QUALIFICATIONS:

• Registered Civil Engineer

• At least 1 year related experience in a construction company

• He/she should have a basic understanding of construction projects and documentation system

• Has good verbal and written communication skills

• Must be proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch-up and MS Office applications

• Willing to work on site (Quezon City)
