The ISO Document Controller ensures proper management and organization of all technical documents in the automotive industry. This includes maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and facilitating smooth document flow across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document Management: Organize, categorize, and maintain technical documents, including design specs, engineering drawings, and production records.
- Compliance: Ensure documents comply with industry standards (ISO, TS16949) and regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure document accuracy and availability.
- System Administration: Manage document control systems (ERP, PDM, PLM) and ensure proper archiving.
- Reporting & Auditing: Generate reports and assist with internal audits to ensure document control compliance.
Qualifications
- Has ISO Certification
- Previous experience as a document controller (advantage if in automotive industry).
