Qualifications
- Graduate or undergraduate of Business-related or IT-related courses
- With at least 2 years of experience in encoding or administrative tasks
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask
- Preferably residing in San Fernando, Pampanga or nearby areas
Salary & Incentives
- ₱16,800 monthly salary package
- Additional accounts incentives (when applicable, based on client acquisition and transactions generated)
Training Allowance:
Trainees will receive ₱840 per day, released weekly during the 1-month training period
Key Responsibilities
- Perform encoding and basic clerical/administrative tasks
- Coordinate with sales representatives and customers via phone or messaging apps
- Handle transactions and client coordination for accounts they acquire
- Support daily office operations
