Document Controller

• Organize, manage, and maintain documents in a systematic manner.
• Ensure all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and comply with company standards.
• Implement and maintain document control processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve document-related issues effectively.
• Monitor the flow of documents between project stakeholders.
• Basic understanding in Construction Projects and documentation system

Requirements

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field.
• Experience Level: 5–8 years of relevant experience in document control.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficient in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Knowledge of document control processes and standards.
• Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
