Responsible for receiving, reviewing, and archive management of documents.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of documents.
Use Microsoft Office software to process and edit documents.
Assist various departments in organizing and maintaining electronic and paper files.
Regularly check document status and carry out necessary updates and cleanups.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree or above; majors in administrative management, secretarial studies, or related fields preferred.
Experience: 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
Skills and abilities: Proficient in Microsoft Office software, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities and duties: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Work environment: Able to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
Qualities and traits: Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
