Job Summary.

The DCC Officer, is responsible for the Control, monitoring, filling and distribution of all project and company documents to ensure accuracy, proper documentation, and compliance with the company standards and construction requirements. the role supports efficient coordination of workflows, records management, and timely submission of reports and controlled documents across all departments and project sites.

Job Description:

• Responsible for organizing, managing, and protecting company documents to ensure they are accurate, updated, compliant, and easy to access.
• Document management - Manage and update company documents and maintain proper version control.
• Filling and Storage - organize and securely physical and digital files for easy retrieval.
• Access Control - ensure only authorized personnel can access or distribute controlled documents.
• Compliance and Standard - ensure documents comply with company policies, regulatory, requirements and ISO/IMS standards.
• Distribution and Retrieval - handle document distribution, tracking and retrieval when needed.
• Retention and disposal - Monitor document retention and properly dispose of outdated files.
• Audit Support - Provide document support during internal and external audits.
• Training and Guidance - Assist employee in following proper document control procedure.
• Incident and Change management - monitor document revisions and implement approved changes.
• Reporting and record keeping - Maintain documents logs, records, and monitoring reports
