Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain project files and documents.
- Record and monitor incoming and outgoing documents.
- Ensure documents are properly named, filed, and updated.
- Assist engineers and project staff in preparing and retrieving documents.
- Maintain accurate records of project reports and files.
- Coordinate with different departments regarding document updates.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or related course.
- With or without experience in document control.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Willing to work on-site.
