Description

Act as the primary sales contact for our distributors, cultivating strong relationships to achieve sales goals within the consumer products sector.
Execute strategic sales initiatives and marketing campaigns designed by ISERVE 360 CORP to enhance product reach.
Analyze market trends and distributor feedback to inform inventory and product development teams.
Provide exceptional after-sales support and handle customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand representation and meet the company’s growth objectives.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Experience Level: At least 1-3 years of experience in distribution sales or a related area is required.
Skills and Competencies: Strong sales support and management capabilities, excellent communication skills, ability to analyze market trends and provide insights, adept in sales forecasting and strategic planning.
Responsibilities and Duties: Manage and support a network of distributors, develop sales strategies to meet revenue targets, maintain client relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Working Conditions: This position may require travel and the ability to adapt to flexible working hours.
