This position manages the growth of his/her business thru account management in his/her assigned area.

• To be able to create an efficient and effective coverage plan in his/her area.
• To be able to make all products carried be available in his/her covered accounts.
• To be able to manage his/her accounts Bad Order (BO) to minimal or nil.
• To be able to negotiate a favorable display facing of his/her products on the accounts.
• To be able to handle customer issues and recommends resolutions.
• To be able to open new accounts.
• To be able to negotiate discounts.
• To be able to manage accounts A/R.
• To be able to take pictures of every account visit and send them to the group chat on messenger for updates and that will be your DTR when you are on fieldwork.

• At least college level / High school graduate
• Proven track record of sales experience, 2-3 years.
• Must have excellent communication, negotiation, customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Have knowledge of modern techniques.
• Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
• Have the ability to work well under pressure.
• Must have driver's license and reliable motorcycle.

Additional :

• Meal allowance: Php100.00/day (Only when you are in Fieldwork. No field work No meal allowance)
• Owned Motorcycle Rent: Php 85.00 daily (Fieldwork)
• Gas Allowance/Transpo: Php 150.00 daily/actual transpo (excluding taxi), but the transaction must be official. (Only when you are in Fieldwork. No field work No gas allowance)
• Mobile Budget: Php200.00 a month

Revolving Fund:

• A one-time revolving fund of Php 1,000.00 will be given as initial cash to cover daily expenses (Weekly liquidation).
• Incentives: Will be discussed upon interview
