Distribution Center Supervisor

OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the sales fulfillment process, including order preparation, packing, and loading of products.
• Schedule employees and assign daily tasks to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, stock movements, and inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree holder (4-year course graduate).
• Knowledge of Zoho Inventory or similar inventory management systems.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in warehouse, inventory, logistics, or operations supervision.
• Experience in inventory control and team supervision is an advantage.
