• The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and dispatching drivers, vehicles, or field staff to ensure efficient delivery of goods and services. The role involves managing schedules, handling communication between teams, and addressing issues in real time to ensure smooth and timely operations.

Location: Padre Garcia, Batangas

Qualifications

• Fresh Graduates to minimum 1 year related work, preferably audit and dispatching
• Graduate of 4 year course
• Can work Under Cold Storage conditions from night to wee hours of the morning

Duties and responsibilities

• Supervises the lading area during dispatch for deliveries
• Checks and monitors compliance of toll plant's dispatchers and checkers based on protocols
• Checks and monitors compliance of 3rd party truckers based on standards
• Ensures on time loading and timely dispatching of delivery trucks based on schedules
• Verifies quality and quantity of products being dispatched from the dressing plant
• Communicates dispatch information/advisories to other departments, especially in emergency situations.
