Distribution & Dispatch Associate

We are looking for a Distribution & Dispatch Associate to assist in preparing, checking, and dispatching orders while ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and check orders for dispatch.

· Verify product quantities and delivery documents.

·  Coordinate with Warehouse, Logistics, Sales, and other departments.

·  Organize orders for delivery, pickup, or shipment.

·  Monitor dispatch schedules and delivery status.

·  Ensure products are properly packed, labeled, and secured.

·  Maintain accurate dispatch and delivery records.

·  Assist with loading and unloading when needed.

·  Keep the dispatch area clean and organized.

·  Follow company safety and handling procedures.

Qualifications

· High School or Senior High School Graduate.

· Experience in warehouse, dispatch, logistics, or delivery is an advantage.

· Good organizational and communication skills.

· Detail-oriented and physically fit.

· Reliable, responsible, and a good team player.

· Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
