A client, a car rental company in Talayan, Quezon City is urgently hiring for a VEHICLE DISPATCHER with the following qualifications:

• With at least 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar capacity
• Must have a valid driver's license - minimum restriction codes B, B1/B2
• Willing to work on-site in Talayan, Quezon City from Mondays to Saturdays or as required by the company

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Operations Manager in assigning and dispatching rental vehicles based on confirmed bookings, availability, and customer requirements
• Monitor vehicle status (available, rented, under maintenance, or cleaning) and update dispatch logs accurately
• Communicate closely with drivers, branch staff, maintenance, and cleaning teams to ensure on-time vehicle readiness
• Optimize fleet utilization by minimizing idle time and ensuring proper vehicle rotation
• Handle schedule adjustments, last-minute changes, and emergency dispatch situations efficiently
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and traffic regulations
• Prepare daily dispatch reports and maintain accurate records of vehicle movement
• Support customer service teams by addressing dispatch-related concerns or special requests
