JOB SUMMARY

The Dispatch Coordinator is responsible for facilitating the outbound customer delivery activities such as organizing pre trip inspection, truck positioning, loading and departure.

Pre-trip requirements including delivery paper works, loading and departure is the main role of dispatch coordinator.

DISPATCH COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Facilitate truck queuing during loading activity
• Ensure on-time truck and crew availability
• Facilitate pre-trip inspection of trucks
• Monitor the deliveries and provide regular status reports to logistics
• Facilitate and resolve delivery issues and concerns
• Prepare and submit petty cash liquidation
• Prepare and update the dispatch monitoring file and generate needed reports for key performance indicators reviews.

JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous similar work experience
• Ability to learn new skills and task needed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be organized, and able to deal with multiple tasks
• Analytical skills with amazing attention to detail
• Microsoft Office/Excel proficient/Googlesheet
• With driver's license and can drive at least 2 wheels or motorcycle
• Must have a motorcycle
