Job Description
The Dispatcher manages the scheduling and dispatching of inventory items, coordinating closely with the warehouse to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient delivery and stock movement.
Key Responsibilities
• Schedule and dispatch items based on delivery requirements
• Coordinate with the warehouse on stock availability and release
• Ensure accuracy of items dispatched versus orders
• Track and monitor inventory movements during dispatch
• Prepare dispatch documents and maintain records
• Resolve dispatch and delivery issues in coordination with the warehouse
