RVS CARGO SERVICES INC. is seeking an experienced Trucking Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Binondo, Manila.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Coordinating and scheduling the movement of freight and goods using our fleet of trucks
• Monitoring the status of shipments and providing updates to clients on delivery timelines
• Liaising with drivers, dispatchers, and other logistics team members to ensure seamless transportation
• Maintaining detailed records of shipment information, including tracking numbers, delivery times, and any discrepancies
• Identifying and resolving any transportation-related issues or delays in a timely manner
• Collaborating with the operations team to optimise routes and improve overall efficiency
• Providing excellent customer service and responding promptly to client inquiries

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a trucking or logistics coordination role
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle unexpected situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, drivers, and team members
• Proficiency in using logistics management software and databases
• Ability to multitask, prioritise tasks, and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety protocols
