Job Description
Transport Dispatcher is responsible in scheduling truck drivers, relaying shipment details as arranged with customers, and setting up drivers' routes, overseeing the shipping of goods from pick-up to delivery point. Dispatchers will ensure that everything runs smoothly by coordinating with customer service, providing precise logistics for drivers to follow along on their routes, and coordinating delivery times. A Dispatcher is the point of contact for drivers and has all the information needed to make deliveries.
