- Manage incoming and outgoing communications effectively.
- Coordinate transportation schedules and routes for deliveries.
- Respond to urgent situations and dispatch personnel as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activity.
- Communicate with drivers to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and organizational skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Working Conditions: May require working evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and dependable
