- Check all schedule deliveries in delivery due list.
- Checks current date and backlog deliveries.
- Google Spreadsheet
- Check availability of tank trucks.
- Assign delivery of trucks based on queuing.
- Prepares loading ticket.
- Match orders to tank truck compartments before loading.
- Check if the drivers already have their sales order number to pick up preferred or ex-plant deliveries.
- Perform other functions that may be assigned by the Terminal Head from time to time.
- Forward the delivery notes to Petron invoicing to prepare the invoice of deliveries.
- Input delivery note number in loading ticket.
- Printing of picking list and loading of tank trucks.
- Assign deliveries using sales order number per account.
