Coordinate and manage the routing of our transport vehicles to ensure timely deliveries for Roadwise Logistics Corporation.
Monitor transportation operations to ensure safe and efficient traffic flow.
Dispatch orders and communicate with drivers to address any issues that arise en route.
Keep accurate records of vehicle movements and cargo, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Work closely with customer service to provide updates and resolve scheduling conflicts.

Educational Qualifications: High school diploma required; higher education or certifications in relevant field preferred
Experience Level: Previous dispatch experience or experience in a related field preferred
Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills; proficiency with dispatch software and GPS tracking
Responsibilities and Duties: Coordinate and schedule route operations, address driver issues, handle emergency situations, and maintain communication with customers
Working Conditions: Fast-paced office setting; may require shift work, weekends, and holidays
