Job description:
- Wash and sanitize all heavy cookware, production utensils, and machinery components.
- Maintain cleanliness across all processing areas, floors, and workstations.
- Handle waste disposal and segregation in compliance with sanitation rules.
- Organize and restock cleaned kitchen tools safely in designated storage spaces.
- Adhere strictly to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and food safety protocols.
Requirements
- Education: High School diploma or vocational training in culinary/food technology.
- Experience: Advantage if you have experience in kitchen operations or food manufacturing.
- Skills: Basic understanding of food safety, sanitation standards, and chemical handling.
- Stamina: Willingness to work flexible shifts in a fast-paced, 24/7 manufacturing setting.
