Manage Direct Sales Lead handling from various sources
Monitor quality of service that the team provides to internal and external clients
Serve as Subject Matter Expert in Direct Sales processing. This accountability also entails personnel to be the immediate point person of escalations relating to the mentioned process
Track all conversion, bookings, complaints, and account status report; ensuring that it adheres to company’s policies and procedures
Provide feedback mechanism to team via performance improvement discussions, recognition and if needed, disciplinary actions. This also includes initiations of training plans for Direct Sales Staff.
Handle sales leads when needed
Coordinate and resolve concerns or issues with other Divisions/Departments
Provides required reports by the Channel Lead and Department Head
Participate in planning, leading, organizing and controlling the annual business plan with the Direct Sales Channel including budget preparation for operational cost and marketing activities
May be asked to perform special tasks as instructed by the Channel Sales Lead or Department Head

Graduate of any course with preference on Marketing or Financing related courses
3-5 years experience in Telesales or Direct Marketing Background
