- Attending to the customers upon entrance- Preparing restaurant tables with special attention and sanitation and order

- Ensuring of customer's request and completeness of order

- Have knowledge in each of the Thai Mango by Chef Kim products

- Deal with complaints and problems with a positive attitude

- Ensuring of issuance of receipt before preparing orders

- Following the company's policy

- Attention to cleanliness and safety 

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results 

- Must be certified in all stations (drinks, roti, and dispatch)

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the food industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges

• A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
