Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for premium-paying members, delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive customer experience.
• Assist members with account-related request, inquiries, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with various departments to address member needs efficiently and promote a positive and professional atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Senior High School graduate or with at least some college education.
• With at least 6 months of Customer Service Related experience (BPO, Hospitality, Healthcare, Travel & Tourism Industries) including handling the end-to-end guest service process from check-in to check-out.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• ​​​​​​​Willing to be assigned on shifting schedules (day, mid, and night).
