What You’ll Do

As a Digital Sales Associate, you will help expand our digital presence and connect potential clients to financial solutions through creative and strategic sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through field sourcing, online prospecting, and lead generation.
Use consultative selling techniques to understand client needs and recommend suitable digital marketing or advertising solutions.
Promote brand visibility through social media engagement and digital communication.
Stay updated with digital trends, social media platforms, and market insights to effectively engage clients.
Prepare and manage sales-related documents, contracts, and client information with accuracy and attention to detail.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and customer experience.
Participate in training and development programs for continuous career growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Information Technology, Business, or any related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Familiarity with major social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter).
Basic knowledge of editing and design tools such as Canva, Filmora, Adobe Photoshop, or similar applications.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-driven, creative, adaptable, and highly motivated.
Able to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Willing to do fieldwork and client visits when needed.
