QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or other related program
• At least 3 years of corporate communications and digital marketing experience
• Open to work in a hospital setup

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement communication and branding initiatives that support the hospital's goals.
• Create and distribute communication materials such as announcements, newsletters, articles, and promotional content.
• Manage the hospital's social media accounts, website, and other digital platforms.
• Create engaging digital content, including social media posts, photos, videos, and graphics.
• Monitor social media performance and online engagement, and recommend improvements.
• Respond to online inquiries, messages, comments, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
• Support digital marketing campaigns, health awareness programs, and hospital events.
• Coordinate with hospital departments and medical staff to gather information and promote services and activities.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with media, community partners, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in public relations, reputation management, and crisis communication efforts.
• Prepare regular reports on communication activities, social media performance, and engagement metrics.
• Ensure all communications are accurate, consistent, and aligned with hospital policies and brand standards.
