Role Summary

Be the digital storyteller for HONOR PH; produce high-impact content and manage performance ads to expand brand reach and deepen community engagement.

Core Responsibilities

• Content Production: Create and produce original digital content for HONOR PH that aligns strictly with the global brand strategy and the local digital content plan.
• Brand Vision Alignment: Ensure all visual and written assets comply with the brand's vision, maintaining a premium and cohesive aesthetic across all platforms.
• Growth & Expansion: Strategically grow HONOR PH’s digital footprint by increasing reach, follower count, and overall community engagement.
• Channel Optimization: Manage and optimize HONOR PH social media channels to their full potential through the use of compelling, trend-aware content.
• Targeted Advertising: Execute digital performance ad placements through Meta, Google, and other relevant platforms to reach specific audiences based on product goals.
• Audience Targeting: Segment and target audiences according to specific product agendas, ensuring high conversion rates and strong overall brand awareness.
• Digital Innovation: Stay ahead of social media trends and algorithm changes to keep HONOR PH at the forefront of the technology retail sector.

Required Qualifications and Competencies

• Social Media Expertise: Deep knowledge of digital marketing, specifically in managing and growing professional social media accounts.
• Performance Marketing: Functional knowledge of digital ad placements and optimization through Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and related platforms.
• Content Creation Experience: At least 1 year of professional experience creating digital content for a corporate brand or entity.
• Multimedia Skills: Proficiency in digital editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop/Premiere), Canva, and CapCut is highly preferred.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to interpret a digital content plan and translate it into engaging posts that meet specific business objectives.
• Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Multimedia Arts, Communications, or a related field.
