Key Responsibilities:

• Manage website development, updates, and implementation, ensuring proper functionality, SEO, and lead capture.
• Administer CRM systems, ensuring leads from all campaigns are accurately routed to the Customer Relationship Team.
• Serve as the primary conduit between marketing systems and the sales team, ensuring smooth lead handoff and follow-up.
• Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics across platforms.
• Troubleshoot technical issues across digital marketing platforms and tools.
• Maintain and organize a secure digital asset registry ensuring continuity, security, and preventing loss of access.
• Provide support for other non-marketing, IT-related tasks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT
• Proficient in website development and implementation
• Knowledgeable with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to navigate, manage, and organize complex systems
• Collaborative and able to coordinate with the marketing and customer relationship team
• Proficiency in graphic design is a plus
• Knowledgeable with Meta Pixel
