Role Summary

As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in developing creative assets that align with our brand identity. Working closely with the marketing team, you will design visual graphics, assist in light video/photo editing for social media, and support integrated digital campaigns to boost online engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Visual Asset Creation: Produce high-quality graphics for social media posts, email newsletters, website banners, and promotional materials in line with brand guidelines.
• Content & Media Support: Assist in editing short-form video content (Reels, Shorts) and enhancing photos for digital distribution.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual and written assets adhere strictly to company brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive look and feel across all platforms.
• Campaign Assistance: Support the planning, scheduling, and execution of social media content calendars and digital marketing initiatives.
• Collaboration: Brainstorm fresh, innovative ideas with the marketing team to boost brand awareness and audience engagement.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design,
• Multimedia Arts, Communications, or any related field; an equivalent practical work experience is preferred.
• Design Tools Mastery: Proficient in Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically Photoshop and Illustrator).
• Media Editing Skills: Basic to intermediate experience with video and photo editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, Lightroom, or Canva Video Editor).
• Eye for Aesthetics: Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and digital design trends.
• Brand Stewardship: Demonstrated ability to interpret and follow brand guidelines accurately.
• Soft Skills: Excellent time management, clear communication skills, and a strong attention to detail.
• Portfolio: A portfolio or work samples showing graphic design and social media asset creation is required.
