We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and execution-driven Marketing Officer to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in planning and executing marketing campaigns and product launches. You'll collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure our marketing initiatives, product communications, and customer experience are aligned with business goals.

We will provide dedicated, structured training for this position to equip you with deep product knowledge and the modern tools needed for success.

Key Responsibilities

• Help plan and execute product launches and marketing campaigns.
• Own product messaging, positioning, and branding across channels.
• Collaborate with leadership on product roadmaps, features, and UX.
• Track website and campaign analytics to optimize performance.
• Help coordinate tasks across the marketing team to ensure timely project delivery.
• Oversee updates for website content, store listings, and product release notes.
• Manage SEO monitoring and technical fixes to improve search visibility.
• Manage enterprise client relationships from onboarding through training and support.
• Align development, QA, design, and marketing teams for cohesive product releases.
• Handle customer support inquiries and build out the knowledge base documentation.
• Help manage legal documentation, handle client data privacy inquiries, and oversee recurring compliance checks for GDPR and other regulations.

What We’re Looking For

• Highly Adaptive & Critical Thinker: You are a fast learner who thrives in dynamic environments, effortlessly pivots when priorities shift, and uses strong analytical capabilities to question assumptions and identify hidden risks.
• Experience: 3–5+ years in operations, project management, consulting, or as a Chief of Staff / EA to executives, with a track record of breaking down complex business problems.
• Industry Savvy: Strong understanding of IT/software development, e-commerce (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce), or AI/SaaS products; ability to assess how market trends impact the WriteText.ai roadmap.
• Communication Excellence:  Exceptional written and verbal skills, with the ability to write clear proposals and distill complex data into logical recommendations for leadership.
• Execution Mindset: Highly organized manager of moving parts who anticipates bottlenecks, looks beyond checklists, and independently resolves roadblocks.
• Adaptability & Discretion: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, pivot quickly, grasp new concepts, and handle confidential information with absolute discretion.
• Critical Thinking: Strong analytical capability to question assumptions constructively, identify hidden risks, and present leadership with well-reasoned, data-backed solutions.
