Digital Marketing Specialist (SEM)

Job Description
- Develop and implement SEM strategies, including vendor coordination.
- Set up, monitor, and optimize paid search campaigns to enhance performance.
- Analyze campaign data, track key metrics, and provide actionable insights.
- Create detailed creative briefs for SEM ad assets, ensuring alignment with campaign goals.
- Plan and strategize social media ad campaigns per brand, defining target audiences and objectives.
- Monitor social media ad performance, analyzing key metrics like CTR, ROAS, and conversions.
- Track and assess the quality and conversion rates of leads from digital ads.
- Has a Bachelor of Science or Arts in Marketing or a related field
- Minimum proven experience of 1-3 years in a digital marketing role
- Has excellent organizational skills to be able to stick to timelines and manage multiple projects
- Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager proficient
- Strong analytics and Excel/Sheets skills
- Comfortable managing paid budgets & metrics
- Ability to create detailed creative briefs
- Analytical and data-driven mindset
- Knowledge of project management platforms like Trello for collaboration.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in English – spoken and written
