As a Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for driving our digital marketing efforts through social media, influencer partnerships, and SEO strategies. You’ll develop and manage Facebook campaigns to enhance brand awareness and engagement, identify and collaborate with influencers to expand our reach, and optimize SEO/SEM efforts to boost organic and paid search performance. This role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and delivering a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media: Create and manage Facebook campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement. Monitor performance and optimize strategies based on analytics.
• Influencer Marketing: Identify relevant influencers, build relationships, and manage end-to-end influencer campaigns. Track performance and optimize for better results.
• SEO & SEM: Conduct keyword research, develop content strategies, and monitor SEO/SEM performance to improve search rankings and ROI.
• Customer Experience: Monitor and improve customer experience across digital touchpoints, working with teams to address pain points.
• PR & Brand Promotion: Plan and manage publicity materials to maximize brand exposure.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• Experience with social media tools, SEO/SEM, CRM systems, and design software (Photoshop, Canva).
• Strong communication, data analysis, content creation, and influencer management skills.
• Creative and results-oriented, with a passion for digital marketing trends.
