Description :
The Digital Marketing Manager will oversee the development and execution of online marketing strategies to achieve business goals. This role involves managing digital campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing efforts to ensure maximum ROI. The Digital Marketing Manager will directly report to Marketing Director.
- Strategy Development:
- Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Identify target audiences and craft personalized marketing plans to engage them effectively.
- Strengthen Content Creation to make organic awareness efforts
- Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing).
- Oversee content creation and ensure it aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Performance Analysis:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
- SEO and SEM:
- Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Oversee SEM efforts, including PPC advertising, to drive targeted traffic.
- Social Media Management:
- Develop and manage social media marketing strategies.
- Create engaging content, manage social media accounts, and interact with followers.
- Email Marketing:
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and automated workflows.
- Segment email lists and analyze campaign performance.
- Budget Management:
- Allocate and manage the digital marketing budget.
- Ensure that campaigns are cost-effective and deliver a positive return on investment.
- Collaboration:
- Lead the Digital marketing aspect of Philippine Market while collaborating with Digital Marketing Executive
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Global digital and performance team, sales, product development, and creative teams.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed.
- Market Research:
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Use insights to refine marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure all digital marketing activities comply with relevant regulations and best practices.
- Stay informed about changes in digital marketing trends and technologies.
Requirements :
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) are a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience (typically 5 years or more) in digital marketing roles, with a track record of successful campaigns.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media management tools, SEO tools).
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creativity: Ability to create compelling content and innovative marketing strategies.
- Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Work Environment:
- Full-time position, typically reports daily in our BGC.
- May require occasional travel for conferences or meetings.
