• Oversee Talent Source and Talent Source Academy’s brand presence and ensure smooth daily operations.
• Manage and update website content to keep it fresh and relevant.
• Conduct outreach to potential clients and nurture leads.
• Handle client calls to understand needs and provide solutions.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.

• Experience in digital marketing, social media management, or brand management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable conducting client calls and managing relationships.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects at once.
