Marketing Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY:

The Marketing Supervisor drives brand visibility, market share, and business growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Planning

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies aligned with business goals;

• Conduct market research to identify target audience, analyze competition and market trends;

• Set market objectives, budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Campaign Execution and Analysis:

• Plan, execute and manage marketing campaigns across various channels both online and offline;

• Create engaging and persuasive marketing content;

• Oversee advertised campaign including budget allocation and performance tracking;

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance; report and provide insights to the management.

Brand Management:

• Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image and reputation;

• Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels.

• Monitor brand performances, analyze and interpret market statistics.

Budget Management:

• Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation and return of investment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any Marketing course;

• With at least 5 years work experience in various industries like retail, distribution, FMCG, food and beverage and others;

• With experience in E-Commerce;

• With excellent branding taste (aesthetic taste)
