The Digital Marketing Strategist manages digital marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand visibility, audience engagement and conversation across online platforms. The role overseas performance optimization through data-driven marketing initiatives.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

1. LMA

• Implement and monitor LMA within Digital Marketing operations.
• Support the Digital Marketing team by guiding Associates and ensuring campaign alignment.

2. Paid Ads Management (Shopee Ads, Lazada Sponsored Ads, TikTok Ads, Google and Meta Ads)

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid ads across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, Google, and Meta platforms.
• Conduct weekly paid ads performance reviews and adjust budget allocations accordingly.

3. Email Marketing Campaign Development and Management

• Develop email marketing strategies including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.
• Support Marketing Section initiatives by amplifying campaigns through paid channels and email marketing.

4. Marketing Content and Copywriting

• Write high-converting ad copies, landing page content, and promotional messaging.

5. Website Marketing Management and Optimization

• Manage website marketing performance including traffic, UX optimization, and conversion tracking.

Qualifications:

•  Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
•  At least 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or E-commerce
•  Hands-on experience with Google, Meta, TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada Ads
•  Knowledge of email marketing, website optimization, and digital analytics
•  Strong copywriting, analytical, and reporting skills
•  Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools
•  Highly organized with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
