The Digital Marketing Supervisor role is to oversee the digital marketing initiatives and drive strategic growth. This role involves managing the planning, execution and optimization of online marketing efforts to increase brand awareness., improve customer engagements, and achieve revenue targets. The Digital Marketing Supervisor will lead a team, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure our digital strategies align with business goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and supervise content production workflows, timelines, and deliverables for ADM by DBC, DVC HO, Affiliates, Franchisees, and Clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, HR, Compliance, and Tax) to align content with campaign goals and brand strategy.
• Manager content calendars and production schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• review and approve content for quality, accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
• Provide mentorship, performance feedback, and training to the content team.
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and optimize processes for efficiency.
• Stay current with content trends, tools and best practices to improve output.
• Ensure content complies with legal, regulatory, and brand guidelines.
• Researching and sourcing content for the company's website.
• making decisions about the cost of branding and analyzing trends in customer spending.
