Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising and campaign optimization
• Manage daily social media accounts to ensure consistent brand presence and audience engagement
• Create professional graphic design materials for digital, print, and retail marketing use
• Produce 3D designs and high-quality renderings of products, retail booths, and store layouts using SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Enscape
• Design marketing collaterals in compliance with brand guidelines and corporate standards
• Handle end-to-end coordination for sourcing, onboarding, and managing outright partners and resellers
• Plan and execute school events, pop-up activations, and on-ground marketing initiatives
• Oversee event activations, including booth design, setup, and branding execution
• Conduct product and event photography and develop visual content for marketing campaigns
• Create and edit short-form video content using CapCut for social media and promotional materials
• Plan, coordinate, and execute photoshoots and videoshoots for brand campaigns, including concept development, creative direction, logistics, and post-production oversight.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing, digital advertising, and social media management
• One (1) year of experience in graphic design and 3D design/rendering
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, brand positioning, and online audience engagement
• Basic understanding of paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads)
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
