Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Jr. Supervisor will lead the execution of digital campaigns to strengthen the company’s online presence and brand visibility in the Philippine market. This role requires strong leadership, creativity, and expertise in social media marketing to drive engagement and conversion across multiple digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement digital marketing roadmaps tailored to the motorcycle industry.
  • Manage product launch campaigns across social media, website, mobile app, and search platforms.
  • Oversee creation of high-impact visual and video content aligned with Filipino culture.
  • Lead community engagement across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, website, and mobile app.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging digital content.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and recommend innovative strategies.
  • Mentor and guide junior digital marketing team members to enhance performance.


Job Requirements

  • 5 years of digital marketing experience.
  • Proven team handling/mentoring experience.
  • Expertise in social media marketing.
