- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to design effective ServiceNow solutions.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and recommend best-practice ServiceNow capabilities.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
- Configure ServiceNow applications and workflows to support business processes and operational objectives.
- Lead or support ServiceNow implementation projects from requirements gathering through deployment and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with business priorities and organizational standards.
- Facilitate workshops, process-mapping sessions, and solution demonstrations with stakeholders.
- Conduct impact assessments and evaluate the operational implications of new enhancements and system changes.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate business requirements, and ensure solutions meet expected outcomes.
- Support change management activities, including user communications, training, and adoption initiatives.
- Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and process optimization.
- Manage incidents, service requests, and enhancement requests, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Provide functional support and guidance to end users and business teams on ServiceNow capabilities and best practices.
- Develop and maintain functional documentation, process flows, user guides, and knowledge base articles.
- Partner with technical teams to ensure configurations, integrations, and enhancements meet business and operational requirements.
- Ensure compliance with governance, security, risk, and organizational policies throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Support release planning, platform upgrades, and deployment activities with minimal business disruption.
- Drive continuous service improvement by identifying automation opportunities and recommending operational efficiencies.
