Position: IT Engineer

Location: BGC, Taguig

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Philippine holidays observed)

Salary: ₱45,000 during probation; salary increase upon regularization. Company provides SSS, medical insurance, and housing provident fund.

Job Summary:

The IT Engineer will support the development and maintenance of the company’s IT systems, infrastructure, and AI-related projects. The role involves building internal tools, managing databases and networks, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, and supporting the lifecycle of AI systems to improve business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain front-end and back-end systems, internal tools, and automated workflows.
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, databases, ERP/SOP systems, and internal networks.
• Provide hardware and software technical support and troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate IT infrastructure documentation and configuration records.
• Support AI-related systems including information retrieval, AI video production, and data processing.
• Assist in the lifecycle of AI projects including data collection, preprocessing, feature engineering, and monitoring.
• Research emerging AI technologies and ensure their safe and compliant use within the organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field from UP, Ateneo, UST, DLSU, or PUP.
• 3–5 years of relevant IT work experience.
• Knowledge of UNIX systems (AIX, HP-UX, Solaris) is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Python and experience building structured AI systems.
• Experience with relational databases and system development.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
