Job Title: Release Train Engineer (RTE)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Release Train Engineer (RTE) to serve as a servant leader and coach for Agile Release Trains (ARTs) within our Technology organization. The RTE will facilitate large-scale Agile events, ensure alignment across multiple teams and stakeholders, manage risks and dependencies, and optimize the delivery of value in a SAFe environment. This role works closely with Technical Managers, Product Management, and Agile teams to drive continuous improvement, maintain delivery performance, and support enterprise-scale Agile execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) processes and events such as PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, and system demos.
• Coordinate multiple Agile teams to ensure alignment with program objectives and delivery commitments.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and impediments at the ART level.
• Promote SAFe practices, DevOps, and continuous delivery across teams.
• Track delivery performance using flow metrics and data-driven insights.
• Ensure accurate work tracking and visibility in Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Support roadmap readiness and alignment with business objectives and OKRs.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Release Train Engineer, Scrum Master, or Agile delivery leader in a SAFe or scaled Agile environment.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating large-scale Agile ceremonies and managing cross-team dependencies.
• Knowledge of DevOps, continuous delivery, and Agile best practices.
• Proficiency with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO).
