We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a

strong background in Kubernetes, Docker, and YAML configurations, with a proven track record in CI/CD pipelines

using Jenkins. The DevOps Engineer will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing our infrastructure, ensuring

seamless deployment processes, and contributing to the overall performance and reliability of our systems.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Architecture and Automation

o Design, maintain, and evolve architectures and automation for zero-downtime deployments.

• Containerization with Docker

o Work with Docker and Kubernetes to scale and monitor microservices.

• CI/CD Pipeline Development

o Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins.

o Use tools like Github workflow and BitBucket pipeline CI to automate deployments.

o Work with our development teams to help them set up automation pipelines and solve problems.

• Complex and Distributed Systems:

o Handle complex and distributed enterprise systems in cloud Kubernetes clusters.

o Ensure seamless integration and operation of these systems within the cloud environment.

• Collaboration:

o Collaborate with other DevOps engineers to make the best solution possible.

o Participate in an on-call schedule and act in a server/technical support capacity to the team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and YAML configurations.

• Proven experience in CI/CD pipeline development and management using Jenkins.

• Strong knowledge of cloud services and network configuration.

• Proficiency in relational database management (Oracle, Postgres, MySQL).

• Experience with Unix systems, shell scripting, and make files.

• Familiarity with handling complex and distributed systems in cloud environments.

• Ability to monitor and test performance across the application stack.

• Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., Kubernetes (CKA), Docker, Jenkins, or Oracle

Database) are a plus.

• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
